Refund & Return Policy

At Nwoke Attire, we stand behind the quality and heritage woven into every piece we create. We want you to wear our garments with the same confidence and pride with which they were made. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Validity Period
You have 3 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. If 3 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition in which you received it.

Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Tags: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID) is required.
Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, scents (such as perfume or smoke), or alterations.
3. Exchanges (Size or Style)
We understand that fit is everything. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or a similar product:

Contact our support team within the 3-day window.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will ship your replacement free of charge (for the first exchange).

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or a full refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or bank account for transfer payments) within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will bear the full cost of the return shipping and issue a full refund or immediate replacement.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Gift cards.

Items purchased on “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

Custom-made or personalized items.
6. Shipping Returns

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or sizing issue (that is not our error), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
